Do you binge? If so, why do you think you do?
I know I binge sometimes, and I know most the time it’s because I’m bored, depressed, or honestly have just given up hope on losing weight, and there for see no point in holding back my food consumption.
Most the time when I binge, I’m alone, I can’t consume food around other people, I’m so self-conscious about eating in front of people, purely because I assume they already think I’m fat enough, why would I be eating.. When in reality, I hadn’t eaten for three days.. But of course, they wouldn’t know that.

Why do you really want to lose weight? Are you doing this for you?
I want to lose weight, honestly, more for the glory of being able to call my self attractive, and thin, than for health. I know that health is a big part of why i should lose weight.. But why I want to lose weight if for my self-esteem, and for the delightful stairs I’ll get of guys approving the way my body looks. I don’t need to say yes to any of them if they ask, but at least I have that power of them that I don’t have now. When I’m thin, I’ll get my pick of which guy to go out with, when all I have currently is the unwanted leftovers.
So, partially I’m doing this for myself, but I think some of it is definitely for other people… Because I feel as though my friends are almost embarrassed by me currently, not because of my personality, but because of my appearance. And I’m sick of it.

I want my ribs to poke out just a little bit like that, I want my hip bones to show.. I want to be able to barely bend my back, and get that sexy arch. She also still maintained breasts even with her weight, which personally, i desperately want to keep.

I’m 5’4”. I hate my height. I would love to be like 3 inches taller. All the prettiest girls are tall. Being short does nothing but make you look fatter.
I think what I’m about to answer is going to be the hardest part of this challenge. I’ve never been completely honest about my weight. And the couple times I have, the people didn’t believe me because I hold it very well… It takes practice. Anyway,
